Who is eligible?

Private vehicles older than 15 years and commercial vehicles older than 15 years are eligible. Vehicles that fail the Automated Testing Station (ATS) fitness test are classified as End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs) and must be scrapped at a Registered RVSF like Kakda.
